I’m getting a crashcourse in popular music listening to the local “Teddy” radio. Teddy brands itself as radio für Kinder und Eltern – kids and ṕarents. I am sipping my breakfast coffee (at 2pm) and trying to suspend all judgement…

Here is a morsel of the astounding music selection:

Perhaps this song will sound more convincing in this cover version – although, ironically, it was intended as a joke-cover:

And, as a researcher of work, I couldn’t miss this motivational piece for youngsters choosing a career (known in the youtube search box with the keywords “do it for your country do it for your name”)
